Fan Content Policy

We at A Thinking Ape strongly believe in the power of community and understand that each and every one of our community members contributes towards the overall success of our games.

We want to empower our players to share and create their own amazing content and provide them with the support and tools needed to do so. At the same time, we want to ensure a positive experience for all of our players. As such we ask that players respect the following policies.

USE OF A THINKING APE ASSETS

Players may use A Thinking Ape Assets for the sole purpose of creating Fan Content of our games.

MONETIZATION

Players are not allowed to charge for access to created Fan Content. We believe that Fan Content belongs to the community and should be shared, and freely accessible to all. Content creators are however permitted to monetize videos, websites, or other digital media through the use of advertisements provided it does not restrict access.

DISCLAIMERS

Players should include a disclaimer that their use of A Thinking Ape assets and any created Fan Content is not affiliated with or endorsed by A Thinking Ape.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

A Thinking Ape Assets may not be used in a way that:

• promotes harassment, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• promotes activities that go against our Terms of Use
• contains inappropriate or objectionable content
• Intentionally provides false or misleading information
• negatively impacts other community members

USE OF FAN CONTENT

A Thinking Ape may from time to time select Fan Content created by members of our community to feature on our Social Media and game pages.
